We are pleased to offer Worldwide Shipping from our warehouses in Lebanon and Canada.

Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to prepare and pack your statement piece.

Delivery Times:

  • Lebanon & Middle East: 3–5 business days.
  • Canada & North America: 3–7 business days.
  • International: 5–10 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

For international orders, please note that any local customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Cyclé Label, we create statement pieces designed to evolve with you. If your selection isn’t the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unwashed, free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks.
  • All original tags and security ribbons must be intact.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned inside their original polybag.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, or intimate apparel. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Return Portal cyclelabel.ca/apps/17TRACK/returnpage to submit your request.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will email you with the specific shipping address for our Canada or Lebanon hub, based on your location.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
